T. Jerrar is a seasoned sales leader and an accomplished bilingual coach with over 30 years of experience in developing successful sales professionals at renowned international organizations. A graduate in finance and banking from the University of Toledo in the United States, he perfected his selling skills in the pulsating heart of the Middle East’s banking and real estate industries.
Jerrar has been a part of Dubai’s real estate market since its inception, launching significant projects and leading sales teams across the region. He has worked with prominent names in the UAE property sector, building and coaching sales teams, helping them hone their selling skills to achieve more sales and achieve it faster.
In his ongoing endeavor in developing the skills of sales professionals and helping them succeed, Jerrar partnered with Devmark, the leading Real Estate advisory and project, sales and marketing specialists to co-found and head Axession Advancement Academy. The academy is a sales skills development and performance improvement institute, enabling sales professionals in the real estate industry to sell more and sell faster.
